The Dakota Ministry Marketplace is a new gathering space during Campmeeting created to highlight the meaningful work of ministries, organizations, and artisans across our Conference and beyond. This Marketplace provides an opportunity to connect, share resources, and invite others into the mission God has placed on your heart.
Booth space is provided at no cost as a gift from the Dakota Conference, with the goal of encouraging connection, collaboration, and ministry impact during Campmeeting.
Who May Participate
The Dakota Ministry Marketplace is open to:
• Ministries and nonprofit organizations
• Church or Conference-affiliated ministries
• Academic or educational organizations
• Arts and crafts participants
Each booth should align with the mission, values, and spirit of Campmeeting.
What to Expect
• A limited number of booth spaces are available
• Booths are provided at no cost
• Booth space includes a standard table; additional details will be shared upon approval
• Electrical access is available in designated areas
• Arts and crafts participants retain all proceeds from their sales
All booth requests are reviewed to ensure a balanced and welcoming Marketplace experience.
Liability Notice
The Dakota Conference is not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen items, or damage to personal property related to participation in the Dakota Ministry Marketplace.
Lodging and Meals
• Lodging and meals are not included with booth space.
• Dorm rooms and RV hook-ups must be reserved separately through the Campmeeting website
• Meals are available in the cafeteria on a pay-as-you-go basis
• Sabbath breakfast and lunch may be purchased in advance at the Location Office upon arrival
How to Participate
Those interested in participating must complete a Booth Request Form. After submitting the form:
• Requests will be reviewed by Conference administration
• Approved applicants will receive a follow-up email with additional details
• Submitting a request does not guarantee a booth space until approval is confirmed.
